Camp Potomac Wish List

It takes a good amount of supplies to make Camp Potomac operate every summer. Below is a list of some of the things that we need every year. If you would like to donate any of the items below, to help out Camp Potomac, please deliver them to the Potomac Council Service Center. Your help is appreciated!! All items should be new.

• Paint Brushes (all types)
• Paint Roller Heads
• Paint Thinner
• Water Sealer
• Brooms
• Dust Pans
• Toilet Paper
• Paper Towels
• Trash Cans
• 55 Gallon Trash Can Liners
• Disinfectant sprays
• Hand Soap (bottles of liquid, please no bars)
• Toilet Brushes
• 60 watt light bulbs (please no other wattages) (CFL equivalents preferred)
• Plexiglas for windows
• Screening for Windows
• Smoke Detectors
• Batteries (AAA, AA, C, D, 9V)
• Shower Curtains (cloth preferred)
• Safety Goggles
• Work Gloves
• Charcoal
• Bailers Twine
• Name Tags
• Office Supplies

Other Items that Camp Potomac Currently Needs Include:

• 2 Large Aquariums with working filters
• Swim Toys (dive rings, kick boards, snorkels, goggles, flippers)
• Medical Supplies (band aids, gauze rolls, gauze pads, CPR Masks, alcohol swabs)

Large Item Donations

Before any large item is donated (For example refrigerators, ovens, etc.) they must 1) be in good working condition and 2) be approved by the Council Camping and Properties Committee and Scout Executive. If you wish to donate a large item please Contact Us.
